- This sports supplement is developed to provide carbohydrate and electrolyte support before and during activity in endurance sports.
- It contains four different carbohydrate sources: fructose, maltodextrin, isomaltulose (Palatinose™), and dextrose.
- Glucose sources (maltodextrin and dextrose) and fructose are absorbed in the intestine via different carriers; when taken together, they allow for higher carbohydrate utilization compared to a single source.
- Isomaltulose is a slowly digested sugar, leading to a more balanced rise in blood sugar.
- Each serving (30 g) contains 25 g of carbohydrates, 520 mg of sodium, 393 mg of potassium, 131 mg of calcium, and 80 mg of magnesium.
- The electrolytes in the formula help maintain fluid-electrolyte balance by replacing minerals lost through sweating.
- It is a vegan formula; it contains elderberry extract.
- It is strawberry flavored.
Usage
Usage
For adults, it is recommended to consume 1 serving (30 g / 3 scoops) of the product mixed with 500 ml of water before and/or during activity.
Note: The dosage varies depending on the duration and intensity of the activity, as well as weather conditions. It is recommended to start with a small amount (2 scoops) for initial use to test your digestive tolerance.
Its consumption should be supported by adequate fluid intake. It is recommended to consume it together with vitamin B1.
This food should be consumed as part of a sufficient and balanced diet; it does not meet all nutritional needs on its own.
Children under 15 and pregnant women should only consume this product under the supervision of a physician or dietitian.
