What are the product return conditions?
You can return the product or products in your order within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of your order. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it can be sent back to your address.
You can send the products you want to return within the right of withdrawal period through our contracted cargo companies, free of charge. Returns sent by other than the contracted cargo company will not be accepted.
Package the products you want to return by adding the invoice copy into the box.
Deliver the package to our contracted cargo company with the return shipping code.
The products you request to return must be in their original packaging; Your return will be accepted if the product is unopened and unused. Otherwise, the return of your products will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

When will I receive a refund for the product I returned or canceled?
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
If the returned product complies with the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 7 days at the latest.
When your return is completed, an information message will be sent to your e-mail.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank.
Enduranlar.com pays the cost of purchases made in installments to the bank at once. The relevant bank refunds the amount to your credit card in accordance with its own procedures. You should discuss the details with your bank.
