GO Energy + Electrolyte (Raspberry): Adds 118 mg of sodium, 9.5 mg of potassium, and 1.5 mg of magnesium to carbohydrates. Combines energy and electrolyte intake in a single sachet, ideal for hot weather or extended outings with high sweat loss. 87 kcal, 22 g carbohydrates.
GO Energy + Caffeine (Espresso): Contains 150 mg of caffeine along with B6, folic acid, and B12. Suitable for the second half of a race, night stages, and sections where fatigue builds up. 87 kcal, 22 g carbohydrates.
Usage
During your workout, you can consume the energy gel by tearing open the cap of the gel with your hand or mouth and sucking on it. After you're finished, please keep the packaging and throw it in the trash.
Espresso-flavored gel contains 150 mg of caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
