Usage
During your workout, you can consume the energy gel by tearing open the cap of the gel with your hand or mouth and sucking on it. After you're finished, please keep the packaging and throw it in the trash.
High in caffeine (200 mg/100 g, 100 mg/50 g). Not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and individuals sensitive to caffeine.
